Mandeep Marway
Head Chiropractor & Director | Mchiro BSc (Hons)
Born and raised in Bristol, Mandeep Marway founded Reco Spinal Centre in 2012 after graduating from AECC in 2009. Prior to becoming a Chiropractor Mandeep was a lecturer at Bath College in Anatomy and Physiology. Currently Mandeep holds a position as a clinical tutor at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic UC, she is a member of the Scottish Chirpractic association, and is on the register for the General Chiropractic Council.
Mandeep is an experienced Chiropractor with a vast knowledge of all musculoskeletal complaints and her patients include pregnant mothers, children and babies.
Emily Millard
Spinal Therapist | BSc (Hons) Applied Sports Science
I’m Emily and I am a Spinal Therapist and Massage Therapist here at Reco Spinal Centre. In July 2022 | graduated from the University of South Wales with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I have undertaken multiple courses and have had first-hand training and guidance from our principle director / chiropractor Mandeep Marway and certified in Manipulation with Osteopathic manipulation training (OMT) , I also have trained in The Activator Protocol, spinal manipulation, and mobilisations. Alongside this I have also completed courses and training that enable me to perform deep tissue massage.
As a keen sportsperson who enjoys going to the gym to stay fit and healthy. I competed as acrobatic gymnast for 13 years. During this time, I represented Wales on several occasions at national and international level, ending my career as inter-regional champion in 2022
Throughout my time as a gymnast, I experienced multiple injuries which lead me to understand the importance of taking care of our bodies, and in the recovery process for my health
Charlie WEARE

Hi, I’m Charlie I’m a soft tissue therapist here at Reco. I graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in July 2024 with a first class degree in sport science with honours in sport conditioning, rehabilitation and massage. I am currently in the process of completing spinal therapy training from the director of Reco, Mandeep Marway, aswell as competing various courses along the way such as X-ray positioning.
ARLEN KAWECKI
Chiropractic Assistant | Admin
Arlen was born and raised in Brighton, but came to Bristol to pursue a degree in Architecture and has since been part of the team. Arlen helps to keep the clinic running smoothly by co-ordinating the reception area and providing administrative support. Arlen also runs a vast amount of our social media.
Haiya Mattia
Chiropractic Assistant | MChiro Bsc (Hons)
Haiya earned her Master’s in Chiropractic from AECC University College, Bournemouth, in 2024. Her journey into chiropractic began eight years ago when she started working as a chiropractic assistant at Reco. This experience sparked a passion for chiropractic that ultimately led her to pursue a career in the field.
While studying at AECC, Haiya took on an additional placement in sports chiropractic, gaining hands-on experience in kinesio taping, active release techniques (ART), and sports rehabilitation. She also holds an administrative role at the clinic, where she takes on various tasks to help ensure its smooth operation.
Cecile Declercq
Therapist | Bsc (Hons) Physiotherapy
Cécile is qualified in Physiotherapy from France, having graduated in 2020. Since then, she has gained valuable hands-on experience in various private practices in France before moving to Bristol nearly a year ago.
After completing her degree, she pursued specialized training in areas including postpartum abdominal rehabilitation, post-breast cancer recovery, and maxillofacial therapy.
Cecile believes in a holistic approach to health, focusing on the whole person rather than just symptoms. Ceciles’ treatments are tailored to enhance overall well-being and support the healing process, and they include deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, dry needling, and acupuncture.
