Mandeep Marway
Head Chiropractor & Director | Mchiro BSc (Hons)
Born and raised in Bristol, Mandeep Marway founded Reco Spinal Centre in 2012 after graduating from AECC in 2009. Prior to becoming a Chiropractor Mandeep was a lecturer at Bath College in Anatomy and Physiology. Currently Mandeep holds a position as a clinical tutor at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic UC, she is a member of the Scottish Chirpractic association, and is on the register for the General Chiropractic Council.
Mandeep is an experienced Chiropractor with a vast knowledge of all musculoskeletal complaints and her patients include pregnant mothers, children and babies.
Emily Millard
Spinal Therapist | BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science
I’m Emily and I am a Spinal Therapist and Massage Therapist here at Reco Spinal Centre. In July 2022 | graduated from the University of South Wales with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I have undertaken multiple courses and have had first-hand training and guidance from our principle director / chiropractor Mandeep Marway and certified in Manipulation with Osteopathic manipulation training (OMT) , I also have trained in The Activator Protocol, spinal manipulation, and mobilisations. Alongside this I have also completed courses and training that enable me to perform deep tissue massage.
As a keen sportsperson who enjoys going to the gym to stay fit and healthy. I competed as acrobatic gymnast for 13 years. During this time, I represented Wales on several occasions at national and international level, ending my career as inter-regional champion in 2022
Throughout my time as a gymnast, I experienced multiple injuries which lead me to understand the importance of taking care of our bodies, and in the recovery process for my health

My journey with Reco Spinal Centre began at just 16 years old when I first joined the team as a Chiropractic Assistant. Seeing firsthand how chiropractic care transformed people’s lives inspired me to pursue it as a career.
I went on to study at the AECC University College, qualifying as a Chiropractor, and briefly rejoined Reco before embarking on an incredible international opportunity. I spent just over a year practicing as a Chiropractor in the Dominican Republic, gaining invaluable clinical experience treating a diverse range of conditions.
While at university, I completed advanced training through a specialized Sports Placement, focusing on the management and rehabilitation of sports injuries in athletic populations. I am trained in Spinal Mobilisation, Diversified technique, Extremities, Drop piece, SOT blocking, manual therapy including; trigger point release, post Isometric releases, active release, Graston and exercises.
As an active sports person myself; with a passion for bouldering, climbing, and slacklining, I understand the physical demands of movement. Through my own training and navigating injuries over the years, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to recover and keep moving. Whether you are dealing with a sports injury or just trying to move more comfortably in daily life, my focus is simply on helping you get your body back moving better and feeling better.
Charlie WEARE

Hi, I’m Charlie I’m a soft tissue therapist here at Reco. I graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in July 2024 with a first class degree in sport science with honours in sport conditioning, rehabilitation and massage. I am currently training to become a chiropractor at McTimoney Chiropractic School in Oxford.

Arlen was born and raised in Brighton, but came to Bristol to pursue a degree in Architecture and has since been part of the team. Arlen helps to keep the clinic running smoothly by co-ordinating the reception area and providing administrative support. Arlen also runs a vast amount of our social media.

My journey into Massage therapy started in Spain, where I fell in love with anatomy and physiology during college. After moving to England 10 years ago, my time working in a nursing home made me realise how much more I wanted to do to care for and heal those around me. This inspired me to follow my dream and graduate from Breeze Academy in June 2025. I am dedicated to helping you move better and feel your best.
